Cut welfare rolls by getting and encouraging N.O. being a place where you have to work.
Street repair
Litter laws enforced and hiring sanitation workers/street cleaners/people to clean up .you have a big population to be employed to do that.
Eminent domain. Confiscate and tear down eyesores left from Katrina and even before the hurricane.
Extra time in working hours for NOPD and sheriffs police.
Clean up the FrenchQuarters of trash and music and things that do not belong there.
Keep an honest administration. Transparent. Family, friends, etc can bid on anything like anybody, but no grace and favors.

I hope Cantrell will be that change NewOrleans needs.
