'7th Ward Santa' featured on Vice News

Fred Parker, the local Christmas legend known alternately as '7th Ward Santa," "Black Santa" and "Chocolate Santa," was featured this week in a nice five-minute segment on VICE News.

Interestingly, the segment traces the tradition of "Black Santa" back to the 1930s and to entertainer Bill "Bojangles" Robinson.
