Marigny comedy club and school The New Movement is not presenting shows for an indefinite period following a contentious "town hall" meeting between owners, staff, students and performers regarding a company behavior manual revised to address concerns about sexual misconduct.

Owner and cofounder Tami Nelson told Gambit she doesn't know when performances will resume.
