Echo?s Pizza (3200 Banks St., 504-267-3231) is now open in Mid-City. The new restaurant from the team behind 1000 Figs and baker Kate Heller officially opened on Wednesday on the corner of Banks and S. Lopez streets, following a brief soft-opening period.?
