Not letting the threat of rain sully the spirit among the crowd at Jefferson and Magazine streets, a U.S. Marine Corps band from Quantico, Virginia led an impromptu performance of "Hey!*Baby" as the final float in the Krewe of Okeanos' parade dashed along the route.?
