Watch Big Freedia's 'Rent' from new EP Third Ward Bounce

Bounce star Big Freedia will release Third Ward Bounce on June 1 on Asylum Records, which signed the artist after the label announced its relaunch last year.

The EP's first single "Rent" pairs*classic bounce beats and hard rock guitar riffs inspired by '80s hip-hop samples with an anthem-sized chorus.

"The track is about those people who live rent-free in your head, heart and soul,? Freedia says in a statement. ?We all have those friends who take and take and don't contribute anything back ? this track is for them.?
