The second week of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is upon us, and beyond figuring out how to squeeze in as many musical acts as possible, where and what to eat also are important decisions for many folks. This year, there's just one new vendor and a couple of new dishes to try, but they're all very good.?
