A midday*storm that dumped inches of rain in metro New Orleans in a short time caused street flooding around the region ? but Bayou St. John and the grounds of this weekend's Bayou Boogaloo festival may have been hardest-hit.

Food tents had collapsed all over the festival grounds, and even large stages seemed to have sustained heavy damage from a wind and rain event.?
