It takes a millage: New Orleans voters will decide on a redistribution of parks and rec funds
 

A proposed property tax renewal would redistribute much of Audubon’s revenues among other ‘Parks and Rec’ agencies. So far, there's no organized opposition. Voters will decide May 4 — the second Saturday of Jazz Fest.
