Not sure how much stock I put in this. It's well known Gale Benson LOVES the Pelicans. I think this is a rumor that will always dog the Pets because of how much the Saints rule this town.

Just heard Cowherd talking about the Pels ...
Apparently Benson purchased the team for 318m & can probably sell for 1B. Not wishing the team to be sold but something to think about. |

The Jazz had great support when they played in New Orleans. Of course the Saints sucked then, so that probably helped.
