It feels sad to be "up against the wall" again as far as, "It's up to YOU, THE FANS, TO KEEP YOUR TEAM! YOU MUST FILL THE SEATS! YOU MUST BUY SEASON TICKETS!" and then know, a lockout looms in the NBA next year as well. It's all up to us, but we're the ones they stick it to after we've made the sacrifices to keep their businesses afloat. I'm gettin' pretty sick and tired of their sad ol' song and dance. Even if the Hornets won the Championship, there'd be a lockout. So what difference would it make? We'd be all thrilled and exuberant and then... no basketball.
I wish the NBA would look at the sacrifices fans make financially and
in terms of time, driving, merch purchased etc. and say "I'M IN"!
