So taxpayers have to give the Hornets money if attendance goals aren't met and find $50-60 million dollars to renovate the arena. All for a disappointing NBA franchise. What a bargain, for Tom Benson and the NBA.

They'll be met as soon as a quality product is put on the floor. Were 3-5years away from that happening.
