Herbie wants a new venue to play B-ball and needs investors.
Herbie, since he gave up the Senate has been Jerry Jones to his MKE Bucks...hence crappy team.

Excuses running thin and MKE has not been a contender since Lewis Alcindor Jr took his Skyhook to LAX in 1975.
