Pelicans' Eric Gordon Face-Plants vs. Clippers, Chips His Front Tooth

Looks like the tooth fairy is headed to Eric Gordon.

During the New Orleans Pelicans' 107-100 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday night, Gordon took a rough tumble that resulted in some dental problems.

In the the third quarter, Gordon attempted to get on the highlight reel with a crossover on the Clippers' Matt Barnes. Things didn't go as planned, and Gordon face-planted straight to the ground. To make matters worse, he chipped his front tooth.

He laughed it off with an Instagram post and noted it wasn't the first time he had experienced tooth woes.

He stayed in the game, but maybe it's time for a mouth guard, Eric.
