College basketball has become more of a slow-down game which is vastly different from the NBA.

What hurts the NBA is their cap rules and draft rules and lack of enforcing rules like carrying the ball and walking. The game is a circus, nothing like college or the Olympics. Only Pro sport I know where they are still playing house music with the clock running.
