Jamie’s potential is offset by his erratic behavior. He was drafted because of his ceiling, he was available to us because of his behavior.

Behavior is extremely difficult to change. If it weren’t, prisons wouldn’t be full, Psychologists would only need a couple of appointments, people would like Goodell, Dr Phil wouldn’t have a show.
