More importantly, I think it is important to realize that we are living in a strange time when there are people who have bought into the idea that they need to go all "Karen" on everyone around them -- many of the same people who are itching to go off on someone for not wearing a mask are the same ones who want to destroy people for not adhering to the tenets of the Church of Woke.

We have to get through this hysteria as quickly as possible - and that means not taking any **** off of the woke.
Count me in that woke number. I am not afraid of being awaken to issues that truly need to be addressed. That is a good thing. You speak of it as something wrong.

You can pretend to be noble if you want, but I have seen first hand how you act. As I mentioned a couple of posts above, when I first came here you really had a good time running around accusing me of being a racist and, IIRC, even making some "cute" comment about me being in the Klan.

Did you believe that? I doubt it, you had no basis for that belief. But I think you believe in the power in making those those types of accusations. Plus, I was the new guy and you thought you could get away with it.

You can pretend it's brave, I think it is just the opposite.

Show me where I was running around accusing you of being a racist. I'll assume you did a thorough search of the forums to find proof, but couldn't. I knew I hadn't, but I did the same search, nonetheless. Yes, I did make a single post asking if the KKK.com forums were all closed, but that of course was hyperbole.

What IS notable is that you show up before the season (after being kicked of that other site, SR) and mostly address BLM and other politically questionable issues. And here you are back at it again. Surprise!

As for being brave, I would be thrilled to sit with you personally and debate any of these subjects.

Well, I will be glad to sit down with you. I already made that offer after you said you were definitely coming to the Crusin' the Coast. Unfortunately, you weren't able to make that trip.

I'll make you a deal -- if we ever have that sit down and you hear my views you want to look me in the eyes and call me a racist, the drinks are on me.

As far as getting the boot off of SR, quite frankly I am surprised it took as long as it did. I took issue with members saying things like people could not speak on a subject if they did not have the right skin color. I feel like we have to take a stand for free speech, and against such divisive nonsense, or our nation is going to be divided along lines of race, sex, sexual orientation and whatever else those who want to create chaos can manage. I also committed the sin of listing the names of minorities who had been killed in the "peaceful protests."

First, I never said I was coming to whatever Cruzin' the Coast is. All I ever said was that the wife and I love cruising ... on ships. Although, we did enjoy four days on Route 66 in October from Springfield, Illinois to Catoosa, Oklahoma. And, I never called you a racist. That is a figment of your imagination. However, if I am sitting face to face with you and you do come across to me as one I will certainly let you know and gladly drink your drinks.

You are the very definition of pretentious. You made a point of baselessly calling me a racist a couple of months ago as well. Your sanctimonious behavior is too much.

A few posters here have asked you to stop berating people, especially new posters like Flipx99 since we'd like new people to feel welcome here. This isn't that other site afterall.
