Not saying anyone is guilty of anything. But I’m sure glad Saints didn’t make a trade for him now. Having to deal with these accusations is a nightmare. He may be 100% guilty or 100% innocent IDK. But I’ll say one thing, In today’s times If I were a wealthy, young male athlete in the public eye, I’d make DARN sure I wouldn’t put myself alone with a woman I was not dating. Opens yourself up to all kinds of allegations. I guess that makes me part of the patriarchy problem.

It’s looking pretty shady. The lawyer is all over Instagram posting every little detail about what’s going on. Not to mention, he’s neighbors and friends with the McNair’s.

I am having lots of doubt about this one. What attorney would go all over social media with this type of stuff? Could it be the NcNair family is pissed he wants to get traded? And lets really be serious, massage parlor misconduct??? All civil suits, no criminal stuff at least yet??? $$$$$$$$

Even with the allegations I wouldn’t touch the guy. The no 1 place in the country voted best place to live , but just don’t play for there professional franchises . It’s old oil money some of these people are crooks and I wouldn’t put it pass McNair to stir crap. Jmo

Houston attorney Tony Buzbee attempted to dismiss rumors that he was close with Bob McNair, the late founder of the Texans, or his son Cal McNair, the Texans’ current CEO.

When Buzbee filed lawsuits against Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson on the behalf of seven massage therapists this week, some people - especially anonymous folks online - immediately pointed out that Buzbee lives near the McNair family in River Oaks and could have ulterior motives in trying to bring down the quarterback who is not on good terms with his team.

I started this thread, so I think I realize how touchy a subject this is. Is asking someone “Do you want to have sex” harassing them? How about “Hey I would like to f-you”? How about telling someone, “Hey you look nice today”? Is it different if a biological male asks these same questions as opposed to a biological female asking them?

I will wait and see how this plays out before I pass judgement on the guy, but let's be honest. In society today, you are guilty as soon as the accusation is made.

This will literally dog this guy for the rest of his life, which if he's guilty, so be it. But if he's not, he's screwed.

I think people underestimate how easy it is for people to start a rumor trend on someone incredibly popular. If an incredibly popular guy had 100 people accusing him, I still wouldn't be convinced. I still question if people like Cosby are truly guilty. I think there is a good chance he is, still I think people underestimate how quickly things spread.

No wonder the Texans could not get a credible head coach or GM. Had they hired someone like Bienemy who expected to either be coaching Watson or getting a haul of 1st round picks in exchange, they might be resigning right now knowing this was not what they signed up for. It was smart of them to hire underqualified nobodies who will still see this as their only shot even if they have to do it without Watson or draft picks. If David Culley and Jack Easterbunny resign, they are back to assistant offensive quality control coach or whatever and chaplain who lied on his resume.

There isn't a single team that would consider trading for Watson at this point, unless they are really dumb. Even if no criminal charges are found, you are basically putting the future of your franchise in Goodell's hands (not a good place to be)

Jack Easterbunny de-facto GM strike again. He turned down 3 1st round picks for Watson and now Watson may do jail time or be suspended a year or more. He traded a package of picks for Larry Tonsils that includes what is now the #3 overall pick in 2021 as well as their 2nd round pick, Tyrod Taylor will have some great blocking this year. He traded DeAndre Hopkins for David Johns-Hopkins-Johnson. He ran JJ watt out of town. He hired a coach nobody wanted after refusing to interview more qualified candidates. He is making the Red Sox guy who traded Babe Ruth look good.
