Re: Drew Brees' Saints Records
I never say never. But, if it does happen, don't think I'm around to see it. Don't get me wrong, would love to see another QB come in and play at that level. Just don't see it happening anytime soon.

His records will be around way after I'm dead. And I'm only 42. (I say "only" lol)

Re: Drew Brees' Saints Records
Brees' records will definitely be broken...
Goodell has been pushing for that Showtime FastBreak Scoring Board... Good Cornerbacks after Quarterbacks are the premium in this league... We're gonna have more regular season games, so more opportunity... It'll be about 20 years for his records to fall; we currently don't have a young enough QB in place to play at least 12 seasons to catch them... |

Re: Drew Brees' Saints Records
Remember these are "Saints" records we are talking about. The game is changing. I simply cannot see another Saints QB playing as many years in New Orleans as Brees, at such a high level, and winning as regularly. With the skyrocketing salaries QB's can reach levels of generational wealth in half the time as did Brees, thus less of an incentive to continue playing. Perhaps someday someone from one of the other 31 teams may top Brees' numbers, but I feel his Saints records are safe.
