NOLA.com goes subscriber limited

Well, as much as I enjoyed reading Saints related news on Advocate/NOLA.com I'm not going to drop ten bucks a month for the privilege when none of the non-Saints news is of any interest. I guess no more linking to their stories since y'all wouldn't be able to read them now.

I saw that. I don't know who thought that was a good idea, but like you, no way I am going pay for a subscription.

Use different browsers, clear your cache on the useful suspect browsers, and you'll be good to go. I use Brave as a workaround... and it works with the quickness. :bng:

Legacy media is dying. It's all speculation and doom and gloom.
We're at an end of an era.

Can't come fast enough for some... Especially those who trade division for clicks.

However, the question remains, is the content worth that effort or $10? Most of the time it isn't. The data is free publicly, I suppose if I needed someone else to explain it to me I might consider it.

I have the same opinion as most, the subscription fee just isn't worth it. When they do have something I want to read, I view it on my phone using a browser called "Free Adblocker Browser". I am pretty sure this is only a temporary solution, this is working right now as it strips out/blocks the pop ups and allows me to read the article. Hope this information is helpful.
