McVay is overrated as far as I am concerned. The other three of four are definitely top three without a doubt. Unless, of course, you have a personal hatred for one or the other. But, for rational people, pretty decent.

Urban Meyer is ranked 30th. All he's done so far is draft Trevor & assemble coaches. He's done nothing in the NFL as of yet.
He should be dead last on that list. |

1.BB, 2.AR, 3.SP, 4.JH, 5.MT aside from that only McCarthy and Pete Carrol have had any sustained success. The rest of the list is arbitrary after that. |

To be honest I was surprised that the media would even publish an article with Sean Payton not being torn down or referred to as a cheater.
