Saints fans welcomed back for 2021 training camp; see schedule, list of key dates
 

A year after NFL teams had to heavily modify their respective training camp schedules because of the COVID-19 pandemic, training camp for the New Orleans Saints will be nearly normal, as fans will be welcomed back in the stands at the Ochsner Sports Performance Center in Metairie later this month.

The team announced Tuesday evening that it will have seven practices open to the public, with the first scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on July 30.

Hey Rugs, not required however it is encouraged due to limited capacity.

As you already know, those camp practices are subject to short notice changes not to mention the weather (public not allowed to inside practices) is so unpredictable this time of year.

I haven't been in a couple of years. This might be the chance to get a good feel for the team going into this season. Lately it's been kind of a standard that most camp battles were for a back up spot. I hate that there won't be any player interaction. I'd like to get autographs from the new players at camp like I've done in the past. It's also good to see how these players interact with the public.
