Having the right staff - it really does make a difference...

Dome Patrol Saints, Mora had a great staff, till he developed reputation for throwing his guys under the bus for his over-conservative, untrusting style...

Admittedly, we won't have too many games like this where almost everything seems to go right. But I love the attitude of the team already and how hard guys are playing for each other. Everyone seems focused on being a star in their role.
