The Broncos game and then the Philadelphia game. They had practice squad secondary players out there and hill couldn’t move the ball in the air. That’s why they forced Drew to come back against Kansas City

My only defense on INT’s, Jameis did have multiple defenders draped on him during both. That’s all I’ve got.

Same old Winston would have had 4 INT with a pick 6 with the way the team played today. No O-line play, no rush game, no D. The team looked the same way GB did against us in week 3.

No we don’t and it might be us missing the coaching staff that really hurt this game with communication issues all around and weird offensive play calling

Winston will be fine. Brees would have two or three games like this a year. Kamara was really disappointing.

Turned the game off halfway through the 4th… There was nothing about it worth watching. Too much to overcome this week. Maybe next week will be better.

He was Rez but that line was getting NO push. Might be rust from not playing in the preseason as well for kamara

Not hitting the panic button on Winston. Panthers flat out beat us with their run defense and consistent pass pressure. There's not many teams we could hope to beat when Kamara is held to 8 rushes for 5 yards. All those missing coaches added up. Run-blocking in general has to regroup big time.

Min 15 more games. Take your lumps now, films study, better execution and most importantly get healthy. Not making excuses but the Saints TEAM/coaches had a lot to overcome outside of football.

I get it... but bad decisions aren't a lack of talent with Winston. He looked like Winston. We don't really have an answer. Clearly Payton was frustrated. Kamara didn't do much but I felt when Jameis is being Jameis we need to do everything possible to keep the ball out of his control, maybe run it or dumps in the flat. We didn't have a good game plan. Between that and the real Winston showing, rough day. Looking forward to next week.

Damn Ruiz. That was bad. I saw that a lot today.

What’s even worse is that we didn’t have some assistant coaches there to identify, correct and adjust.

The blocking assignments was absolutely awful. Maybe that is why having coaches matters... Also having a QB that properly sets up the blocking assignment is key. Normally the center can do that as well, but Ruiz is too new to make that adjustment.

so... even some of the bad blocking is on Winston for not setting up and calling out coverage, a lot of the pressures wasn't someone getting beat, they were not blocking the right person entirely.
