With us having a bye I'm going to listen to the bands down at the Fairhope American Legion on the Mobile bay. No stress for me on Sunday.

Kinda off topic but I see Panthers RB Christian McCaffery was placed on IR yesterday. That excessive workload the past two seasons has caught up to them.

Another potential L could happen today vs Minnesota.

That's a plus for us (division/win/loss record) as we approach the half way point of the season.

As a CMac fantasy owner, it is not lost on me that he suffered the injury on the Thursday night game. I blame that plus the workload. NFL needs to get rid of the Thursday night games. Leads to a lot of injuries, poor performances and a watered down product.

Thursday night is a revenue stream that will never go away. There will also be an 18th game added in the not too distant future to balance out home and away counts once again. Plus more revenue

Somewhat bittersweet watching Murray score and Freeman catching a nice pass out of the backfield for the Ravens. Both are looking strong early. Good for them, kinda blows goats for us IMO. Shoulda woulda coulda.
