Personally I wouldn't mind another Wolfpacker on the team. Vaughan Johnson was a pretty good one. ![]() |

Re: 2022 NFL Draft: Draft Prospects, Scouting
Sounds quite odd in wanting to have taller guys on the inside. They only get in the way of the passer. Guards and Centers are usually more runblockers than pass blockers since the technique becomes much more similar on the inside due to space constraints. That often leads teams to looking for shorter guys with big lower bodies so that they have a low center of gravity and the ability to anchor in the pass game and create a lot of force in the run game.

Re: 2022 NFL Draft: Draft Prospects, Scouting
We should start to get some rumors this week from the scouting combine. Although, in all the years of following the draft the Saints haven’t drafted a single player that I’ve heard they’re showing a lot of interest in. It’s the rumors and speculation though that keeps us going this time of year.

His teammate at OT Kellen Diesch is interesting, though scouts are saying he'd need a #RedshirtSeason to build his functional strength...

Tyler Linderbaum, C (Iowa)
Pick #18. Would Dougie M even consider moving Erik back to Guard & Ruiz demoted? Imagine how many people would come unglued if that was the pick here ![]() |
