WIlliams should be traded etc.....Im all for mock drafts and all that good stuff but the slighting of players like MT and you havent seen it but because youre butt hurt he didnt get his surgery when he wanted to....get over it... he will have youu guys retracting your statements come next season

MT won’t have me retracting anything no matter what he does next year. Fact is he acted selfishly and screwed his teammates, coaches, and fans THIS SEASON. The team likely would have 1-2 more wins if he had not have acted the way he did and would be solidly in the playoffs rather than needing help from the lambs. Dude is making top WR money so he should act
like a pro.

Once again thats your OPINION on what took place those are your FEELINGS you are absolutely entitled to it. I just dont know enough about the situation to have such a strong opinion on a mans professionalism and character. The setback caused him not to play this year whether or not that could have been avoided with surgery we will never know but others will say otherwise. Im not butt hurt over it Saints seemingly dont see it as a big deal at the moment....you should want MT healthy and ready to go thats it...he only makes the team better...Once hes back making plays your tone will change

There doesn’t seem to be any disagreement that he did not maintain contact with the team and his late surgery timing hit the team out of the blue. But one thing that is not an opinion is that nothing Thomas does from here on out is going to change my view that he was selfish and backstabbed the team THIS SEASON. I’ll feel that way no matter if he sets more receiving records and leads the Saints to a SB victory NEXT season. That’s a tune I won’t change.

You know, I don't remember what Keyshawn said word for word - one of those sports debate shows - not Skip and Shannon...anyway I saw him explaining things from MTs perspective, and I can remember thinking, "well, ya know, he's kinda got a point there...."

So who knows? Not me. Coach says they're cool.

I just think that we're a whole lot better with MT. I think at least a couple WRs I have been so hard on might suck a lot less with a real playmaker like MT on the field.


I'm already excited about the draft though. We may be about to move on from some people who have big shoes to fill. Key moves on both sides of the ball.

Side note - I was all wrong on Kyler. Used to watch him here while in High School (Allen) win 3 consecutive 6A Texas State titles but all I would come away with saying is “boy he’s tiny & too small for the SEC/NFL”.
