I doubt Winston even wants to re sign unless their is zero interest from any other team. If the Steelers really do try and make a deal with him he definitely isn’t coming back.

Tennessee mascot is the Volunteers. If he was a Vol, he wouldn’t be paid and therefore not a professional. Dumb I know. But I was tagging off the Ga Tech joke.

Just curious (not trying to be argumentative) but it seems like you have a very low opinion of how attractive ANY job (head coach, OC, now QB) with the Saints organization currently is. Is that a fair assessment of your opinion? Of all the teams that hired a new HC this year (I think there were 9) where was the Saints HC position ranked as far as desirability on your list may I ask? Genuinely curious.

Curious as to why you think he wouldn't want to re-sign? I would think if the Saints had real interest that would be his prime landing spot.

You used the confused emote. You're definitely confused - even disturbed.

Why would you think this would be his 'prime' landing spot? Defensive minded HC. One real WR thread that hasn't played in a year. A RB likely suspended for several weeks. An o-line that needs tweaking, to say the very least?

DO TELL on your thought process.

Not somebody else's process.

Not somebody else's tweet.

Not somebody else's article, and not something you heard on NFL Radio.

Lets hear YOUR take little speedo, if you actually have one outside your fanboy alter ego...otherwise you're just being a dick...

Your assessment is spot on.We have no Qb, no Kamara (6 games) and no real offensive weapons outside of Thomas that make us attractive to a Qb. We were always going to be an attractive organization as long as Payton was here but he’s gone. The only real draw is money and that’s limited.
These days players want to go to teams that are contenders now, not three years from now. The last two Super Bowl winners were “dream teams” that were put together partially by players recruiting other players. Players have started throwing tantrums when they don’t like the teams they’re on to try and force a trade.
I think the Steelers are in a better place than we are right now and Qb options a limited at best. We could strike gold in the draft and find a UDFA who surprises but I don’t see us making a huge splash in FA. Our defense is the only thing we have going for us.
As far as the desirability of the Saints organization I think we are pretty low on the list, we’re no Jacksonville but the Dolphins and Raiders seem more attractive at this point.

Thanks for the honest response. I agree with some of it, but think some of your assessments are off. Hopefully we can catch that lighting in a bottle again and stay relevant.
