And we didnt gut the roster? So our depth at receiver is great? Injuries are not luck, they are made, and our tendency to extend injured players in order to push cap hits down the road and create an excuse not to cut them (we cant because we just signed a deal that makes cutting them cost 50 million) just means we guarantee more ‘bad luck’ in the future.

My top move this offseason would be to cut Michael Thomas post-june-1 and save $16 million. My dream would be to see him on the sideline in a falcons uniform next year fighting calvin ridley and posting cryptic tweets.
Some of your points are valid Bako. But, judging from this and other posts of yours, you seem to hold the saints front office to blame ,so to speak, for doing what it takes in winning the division multiple years in a row, having multiple double digit winning season, and coming very close to a second SB. Kinda reminds of of something my Pop said yesterday, “I’m disappointed that Payton wasn’t more prepared at the QB position”. The expectation that he had about how the Saints should have 4 good QBs on the team was mind boggling to me. You are doing a bit of that yourself IMO.

You think you know, but you don’t know...and you never will! Coach Jim Mora
