Just pointing out that San Antonio has a long way to go before selling out any of these games. The Falcons game is usually the only game of the year that can be guaranteed to sell out the superdome and they haven't done it yet in the Alamodome. They will, but haven't yet. It looks to me that all those San Antonio Fortune 500 comanies are going to have to pony up some cash in order to sell out the other 2 games - especially the way the team is playing right now. Benson just might be surprised to find out that geography IS less important than on field performance in regards to the selling of tickets.

These numbers were as of Wednesday.

Not as long as you think. They sold 50,000 tickets the first day then another 30,000 the next the Saints ticket office reported, so I don't know how accurate those numbers are. But the 19,000 figure for the Buffalo game I heard is about right, although it was more like 17,000, but that's still around the same ballpark. And I agree, on the field performance doesn't care where you are, if you are losing, the way we are losing, it will be hard to drum up support anywhere. I would not be surprised if they didn't sell any more tickets to any of these games We have seen some pityful performances as of late.
