Mike Evans Sounds Off On Saints
The 2021 season was a career-year for Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans. Heading into 2022, he decided to take aim at one of his most hated rivals.
In a recent interview, Evans made it clear just how much he and the rest of the team dislike the rival New Orleans Saints. He needed just five words to express how he feels: "We don't like the Saints," he said, per Evan Winter of AtoZ Sports Nashville. That statement has nearly a thousand likes, comments and retweets already. |

Feels like the Bucs/Saints rivalry is picking up in intensity and Falcons/Saints is kind of ho-hum lately.

I have always been a fan who just could find any reason like the “Dirty Birds” with the best of them.
But I will say I always thought Arthur Blank handled him with quiet dignity during all the bad times his team brought his way during his ownership. As I was closing my career out, semi retired, I was contacted by a individual I had work around while I was California. He was now in Atlanta managing Mr Blank’s Aviation Department. The Long and short of it they training their crews for a new type aircraft and were short of crew while people were in school. I was current in the type aircraft currently in the department with 20 years experience flying that type so I was contracted to fly several trips for the them. Mr Blank was a very gracious individual though he had reviewed my resume he took the time meet and introduce himself on the first trip and thank me for helping him and the department out. On I think the second trip he came onboard and as I walking through the cabin back to cockpit, asked if I was a Saints fan with big smile. I responded I could not lie I was devoted fan since 1967. He just laughed. When I flew my last trip he thanked me and wished me well but no so much for the Saints with a smile and a handshake. My position on “The Dirty Birds” will never change but Mr Blank is quality individual. |

They just hate us because we shut them out and also shut them down nearly every game. Atlanta isn't relevant enough to bother hating anymore.
