The edge is nice to see. I'm just worried about the publicity and refs putting the kid under a microscope in this day and age.

I think the publicity is good. It's showing the other players in the league that Penning can't be pushed around like most other rookies. Right now he's being tested by the vets on the team I'm seeing positive response from former players and coaches about his spirit. Doug Marrone has been handling offensive lines long enough that he knows what to do ... or more importantly, what NOT to do.

As Matt Moscona said in the video Smash posted, Dennis Allen may admonish him before the press and then go straight to the locker room, pat #70 on the butt, and say, "Keep it up!"
