I have been noticing the term "ramping up" in relation to several of the players either coming off injuries or being away from training for other reasons. I wonder how much this has to do with the Saints new Director of Sport Science, Matt Rhea. It seems to be more of a systematic approach to introducing the players back into the activities.

I am ramping up for a SB run this year ... Deese playas bettah not disappoint us. :bng:
