Re: Week Five: Seachickens vs. Saints
Now to see who will be our starting QB? And will Kamara and Thomas dress?
If Winston is back I would tell him not to trust his receivers. Last year he was pretty good with horrible receivers he could not trust. This year he has much better receivers and is somehow worse, I guess because he is confident his first read will get open and make the play in triple coverage. I guess maybe he needs to pretend Michael Thomas and Chris Olave are Trequan Smith and Kevin White, then he can have a 5:1 TD:INT ratio because he will be careful. Then again maybe Sean Payton was the difference last year. But if Dalton starts, he can just play normal and we will be ok but probably not win if its a big shootout. |

Game 2 of the bird gauntlet. Let's get it done.

Re: Week Five: Seachickens vs. Saints
I hope DA saw that Dalton is less chaotic than Winston.
Long term, I don't think any QB's on this roster are the answer, but as of right now, Dalton plays like a veteran and Winston plays like a rookie. |

This D is going to have their hands full with Geno Smith (wow never thought I'd say that)
Leads the league in completion percentage and a huge threat to run the ball. Considering our D has struggled against stationary QB's, this could be a matchup nightmare. |

Re: Week Five: Seachickens vs. Saints
Seattle had one good offensive game against a bad Detroit defense scoring 48 points, but allowing 45 points. Only two TD's came off the arm of the great Geno Smith. Their defense had a pick six to score 7 of those points.
Other than that they lost at home to the same Falcons team we beat in Atlanta. They only managed 7 points against the 49ers. They only scored 17 against the Broncos. They are ranked 31st in the league in points allowed. They are 29th in the league in rushing yards allowed. They are 28th in the league in passing yards allowed. |
Re: Week Five: Seachickens vs. Saints
So far on the seahawks.net forum they are predicting a Saints victory in 80% of the picks. They are usually pretty realistic.

Dalton throws 2 TD. Kamara rushes for 1. We get a critical turnover on D and Saints win 24-17

Re: Week Five: Seachickens vs. Saints
all that money sitting on the bench... and the saints won... how unnecessary is it to keep the high priced prima donna on the payroll. don't need 13, Thomas....chuck him
