Yeah. Me too. That's one thing they have in common with the Bensons. Loyalty to their staffs. Coming into this season the Bensons have only had four head coaches since since hiring Jim Mora in 1986.

The Steelers have a history of WINNING football.

Noll has 3, Cowher 1 & Tomlin has 2 (one as an assistant with the Bucs) rings.

Furthermore Tomlin has NEVER had a losing season as HC so I’d say he’s extremely safe as HC. Steelers don’t just get rid of their coaches.

More importantly players relate to Mike.

Model franchise.
