...and the injuries roll on...

Interesting to see that Werner practiced. I wonder if he's going to be healthy enough to play. With Ellis stepping up, may want to let him continue to heal.

What's going on with the Center position. Are the Saints going to be forced to swap Ruiz in as Center #3?

If Kaden is playing as well as I've heard, then it sounds like DA needs to change to a 4-3 to keep him on the field.

Demario, Werner and Ellis on the field at once could be great.

That's kind of what Shanle was referring to above by suggesting the old 3-3-5 nickel they ran back then.

The only thing with that, is that I don't think we have the players to run with 3 defensive lineman.

They get gashed and miss tackles when they have 5 down lineman, 3 would be a recipe for disaster in my opinion.

I cursed Juwan Johnson by picking him up in fantasy. 0 catches and now injured!

Keep your eyes out for that snake that is running around biting everybody. I say that because this team is definitely snake bitten.

Snake bitten….referee bitten…it’s all there.

Payton Turner is becoming Davenport 2.0 as it relates to injuries & availability.

And IIRC he was a healthy scratch in a game.

Yeah Turner has bust written all over him at this point.

Always injured and doesn't do anything when he see's the field.

A lot of dead weight on this team

Two sacks, four pressures, five tackles for loss, and three QB hits in his limited action this season isn't exactly nothing. He's in the top five or six in all of those categories on the team. He's one of our most productive players when has been on the field.

It's the limited action thats the problem.

Another first round pick spent on a guy that barely sees the field.

They really need to stop drafting D lineman high. They always choose the injury prone ones.

Nobody knows who may or may not be in the wrong place at the wrong time and get injured. I have heard this so many times from many in the game, "The NFL is a 100% injury sport." Everyone at one point or another will suffer an injury.

Yeah and I'm not disputing that, just some players have a tendency to be injured more than others.

Guys like Cam Jordan and Demario play right in the thick of the action and barely miss any time or games.

Davenport and Turner play as part of a rotation and get injured all the time. Some players are just injury prone.

Turner is only in his second season. Give him an opportunity. He just got injured by some dumbass rolling up on his ankle after he scored a sack. How's that his fault? That's just bad luck.
