Any other coach would have left him sitting on the bench as a backup quarterback. Sean Payton who is a mad scientist and genius found a way to get him involved. He is not a good quarterback. He would be a decent backup quarterback possibly. However, Sean Payton knew how to get the most out of his players. And Taysom Hill is no exception.

Taysom may be THE key ingredient to getting us a WIN in chilly Cleveland. Throw him in there in a measured, healthy, unpredictable dose of old school brawler football, and let him pound AND pass in between the predictable stuff that we typically dial up, and it might make the season bright.
