"He" could only do that IF the Head Coach was an actual critical factor in that. I used to think that it was. You have persuaded me to realize that it all comes down to whether or not the Players are in the mood to win the game, and that our problems have had nothing to do with our Head Coach motivating or not motivating them to WIN THE GAME. We've got a good team, with an insignificant Head Coach. We'll have a great team with a significant Head Coach. So short answer, No.

I think our season is going to end as last year’s did. Finish strong but too big of a hole to climb out from.
