49ers Derangement Syndrome (4DS) - I'm really starting to feel it just like my formative days as a Saints fan.


Eleven wins in a row. An NFL-leading +173 point differential. A speedy nasty defense. Beasting with McCaffery, Kittle and Deebo on offense. And now they've possibly found the second coming of Montana in Purdy. I hope this team comes back down to earth soon or I will be punching the air the next time I see them on the schedule (bet it's next year).


This weekend is going to take me back to the early 90's of hoping against hope that the Cowboys could take down the 49ers. The Cowboys are almost as insufferable, but for me it was always the lesser of two evils and I'd side with Dallas.


Really hope Dallas solves them.

More reason to want the Cowpatties to beat the Niners ...

Denver owns the Niners' 1st round pick ... the very pick we get in trade for Payton.

God I hate this. The only redeeming point is that one of these two teams will lose.

I like the 49ers. They have always seemed like a classy organization. I was a big fan of Joe Montana and Jerry Rice if for no other reason than their clean performances on and off the field. Our history with the 49ers has not been kind. That does not mean they were a dirty team just because they were winners.. We usually found a way to beat ourselves. Funny, how we still do that.
