Cam Jordan Wins Appeal

That's good news for Cam.

As he should have. It was BS all along.

Will the league put forth a very public embarrassing for them apology?

Nope.

As I said before, disciplining or even attempting to discipline a worker for reporting a workplace injury violates a very specific OSHA regulation that applies to every employer. Having won this appeal and demonstrated the injury was real, Jordan should now report the league office to OSHA for their discipline.

Rhetorical question... in case it didn't come through. ;) :bng:

Re: Cam Jordan Wins Appeal

So, he wins his appeal and gets a tweet about it instead of the usual grilling on TV about dirty play from the New Orleans Saints. I certainly hope that Dennis Allen, Pete Carmichael, and the New Orleans Saints get their money back from their fines as well. There needs to be some kind of apology from the NFL. Of course, we know that will never come.

The fact that Cam got his overturned pretty much guarantees the others will as well. The others can't get fined for Jordan faking an injury if they have just admitted that Jordan didn't fake an injury.

So what about the officials/referees that may have been involved ... will they face the firing line?

/sarcasm
Yet another rhetorical question that needs no answer in any form.

Meanwhile, the rest of the team still has to pay? WTF!
