Had he started change in 2022 then yes you need to see if his changes move things in the right direction but he didn't. Tragically, he sat on his ****ing azz, played it safe, and did nothing but let the team find its own way to 7-10 while collecting a check. The season burned behind him while he regurgitated "looks good, nothing to see here, no changes needed".

This team and its fans have earned better than that from this franchise. Gail, tighten your sh1t up or sell the franchise before we are as dysfunctional as the 2019 Jets.
