It was a huge mistake retaining OC Pete Carmichael in 2023.

The "Keep doing.... "quote Reminds me of Chuck Pagano's "Keep choppinig and that tree has to fall" saying while up here with the Colts! It worked too, unfortunately it fell on HIM!
