Let's go back and revisit this thought process again K.

Last year DA brought in his own coaches throughout the defense and kept his system in tact with Joe Woods efficiently implementing Dennis Allen's system. During the offseason there were several coaching changes/upgrades to a defense that is still one of the best in the league. However, the defensive line coach, Todd Grantham, couldn't develop Penning into a viable backup and his D line was subpar in almost all categories. I'd like to see either new assistant/position coaches brought in or a new line coach to inject some much needed life in our defensive line.

This year we will have a new OC and undoubtedly he will bring in coaches that he has worked with before who know his system and understand what he wants to accomplish in New Orleans. We should expect some major changes in at both assistant coaches and position coaches. No one's job is safe.

While we're at it, there might be some shake ups in management too if Khai Harley or Jeff Ireland take a job with another team looking at their background and accomplishments with the Saints. You know that if they are promoted in another organization they will want to bring their colleagues with them if possible. So, we might see several new faces at Airline Dr. next year besides draft picks and free agents.

Well stated, Rugs! All facts. It seems some are so blinded by hate that they can't see the obvious.

It’s not a matter of being blinded by hate, but more of a matter of having eyes opened by the obvious: consistently poor performance and disappointing results.
