The NFC South is completely up in the air in 2023. There might not be a division with more question marks on every team, not in the most positive way either. The Saints addition of Derek Carr should give them an upper hand in the quarterback race, but there are still so many moving parts.

Most of these predictions on the Saints for the 2023 season reflect heavily on what they were in 2022. But they do not take into consideration that getting back missing pieces is part of the puzzle just as much is of adding new and better pieces.

Most of these talking heads have a group think predetermined narrative and should that stated narrative flip they of course will make quick course correction. The better than expected results will be explained away.
