Chris Olave ‘s body language again …

This dude gives up on routes, doesn’t leave it out there on the field.

Don’t like what I see from him effort wise.

I've seen this too.

I think we know who AK and DD were talking about … He has flashed his talent but also shown a lack commitment consistency and competitive spirit. If Sean were still here Dat boy be gone asap.

I’ll say this. That make shift offensive line played better in the 4th quarter than all year. Aside from Peat getting beat. Constantly. But still.

Idk. It gave me some hope that I probably shouldn’t have.

I want to see PC gone. But I liked the 4th quarter more than anything.

Moreau need to catch that. I saw Carr in that huddle. I knew it was going to him. He must’ve knew it was going to him. He choked. It happens.

He catches that, the game changes from a loss to overtime.

PC is used to having Brees in there. DC ain’t Brees. No one is. You have to put Taysom in there and let him roll over everything to get the TD on 4th.

Brutal game. But gives me some hope for the team. Just like the damn Patriot game did.

It’s probably because I’m drunk. Lol.

Fire Dennis Allen. We need a new Head Coach.

Agree with what others are saying about Olave. Trade him while the hype is still high.

I would keep Olave unless we can get a lot for him, like more than we paid in the draft. Think of it this way. DA and PC are the motivators. Olave is the motivatee. Maybe he is not self motivated, but maybe some of the greatest players of all time were not. We can never win with a coach who can't handle personalities and can't motivate players. Olave is losing motivation as the Saints are running a stupid offense. Its very possible that if we had decent coaches Olave would be golden boy again.

I saw Kamara give up on a route...looks like a culture of "give up".
It's in the air and in the water. They just don't cross T's and dot I's.
All of the details are missing.

I don't think any of these guys are happy with the route tree. Just looks like to me, they think, they are just wasting their time and effort running these vanillas. It's really hard to watch.

Someone with some nuts in that organization needs to go to Loomis and tell him to make the call. It’s Halloween, what better time to bring the guy in. We all know who it is.

CHUCKY!!!!!!!!

Re: Saints vs. Jaguars GAMEDAY THREAD

Considering the disarray of the offense and his propensity to disparage his teammates when things don't go right, Carr ought to be stripped of his Captain designation. It'd be a fantastic move - you send a huge message without benching the guy. And it sends a big message to locker room and goes a long way toward cleaning up the culture problems that are seeping in. That plus jettisoning Carmichael are the changes that need to be made in the next 9 days.

Please Dennis find your nuts and get to it!

I was hoping he was playing through a toe injury and willing to give him the benefit of a doubt.

My observations: This is a guy who takes downs 'off'. He does extremely well when he knows he's the primary, but is lax more often than not when he's a 2nd or 3rd option. Does not appear to be a fighter and lacks 'attitude' when challenged by defenders. Needs to take some lessons from MT on all of the above. :brood:

This right here ^^.

MT is just built differently. If Olave truly wants to become a true #1, soak up all of what Thomas does. "The" Ohio St is a different world from the NFL.
