The NFL just hasn't figured out that when their product is free in some places and unavailable or extremely expensive in others, that it instantly creates a black market. They are really really dumb for not creating team specific Youtube channel packages that out of market fans would buy in droves if priced correctly. I gave the NFL every chance to take my money, up to an including purchasing a season of NFL live routed through Brazil. But at every turn they continued to turn off the spigot and have their media providers charge exorbitant prices for packages I neither want nor need. So, I just stopped trying to give them my money and looked elsewhere. This was especially true in the latter Brees days where 10 or more Saints games a year were broadcast in the North Georgia market each season. Paying full price for 5 or 6 games is just ridiculous. Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO
Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good. |
