I think he has more tools to be a head football coach than Dennis Allen.

Well, we know which one the team listens to when a choice has to be made. And seeing the energy and charisma, who among us can blame them?

He was praying for Jamaal Williams to get his first TD, very inspirational.

Winston is a little goofy but I'm fine with that. I'd rather hang out with someone who is goofy rather than someone who is moody! Nobody has ever said that they saw him having a bad day. He might not be the best QB but apparently he's one hell of a good team mate. He's upbeat, inspirational, and supportive of everyone around him. I remember when he reached over and patted Carr a few times on the back to comfort him when he was having a particularly tough time.

I don't hold him accountable for the crab legs incident in college. People give things to athletes and he may not have known they weren't his friends to give him. Also, eating the "W" was just a goofy guy trying to inspire his team and I don't fault him for it. He could have made a better choice though.

I think going against the play call and giving the TD to Williams from the victory formation sealed his fate in New Orleans though, and I wish him well wherever he goes. Maybe he could be a motivational speaker.
