I hate that “these two” are the only ones discussing ANYTHING on this site. Who else is even ON this site? Our team has become irrelevant. What else is there to discuss? What is rational? I never said that this team sucks. I said that our front office has consistently mismanaged this team’s key positions (and budget) since way back when Drew (God Bless Him) was in decline, to what we’re about to witness this season. Is that not part of a rational discussion?

I've already told you. You have run them off.

'You can't always pick your family' is a hell of qualifier. The fact is that a player criticizing the QB and management is never a good move, and backing them will always look good, and players realize that. Antonio Brown could somehow get financial backing from the Saudis to buy an NFL team, bring back Johnny Football as QB and himself as receiver, hire LaVar Ball as GM, pick Bronny James in the 1st round, and change their name to the Farts with a logo of an anus on their helmet, and if existing veterans on the team questioned leadership, other owners would still view them as trouble makers to avoid in free agency, while if they backed leadership they would be viewed as a good company man no matter what. Therefore, when Mathieu endorses DA and Carr with a caveat, he is already going out on a limb.
