…to go out and get some smokes and beverages and low dose aspirin for this upcoming season opener against the Panthers…

…and then I’ll be back on here to discuss THE SAINTS, in all of their shadows of their former glory, in the hopes that there can be a significant rebuild BEFORE I cross over into the next realm.

I am an old man, having served for this great nation, and having retired from running three successful businesses, I enjoy a good game on the weekends (hopefully being played well, by my Saints), and I jump onto this forum to celebrate our victories as well as to b*tch and moan about our disappointments. If it seems like my b*tching and moaning overshadows my celebrations, y’all might want to seriously consider the reasons why.

Before some of you (you know who you are) call me a “Hater” or a “Troll”, you might want to take a good look at how badly this business has been run (in terms of customer satisfaction) since Drew (God Bless Him) was in decline. If y’all can deal with the perpetual state of disappointment that comes from a team of multimillionaires in mismanagement, year after year, for over a decade, then you should have no problem with one or two disgruntled fans coming on here to vent some frustration. It’s not personal, it is strictly professional.

Bottom line is, it’s just a game, and as Herm Edwards said, “You play to WIN the game!”

So let’s beat the Panthers, so I can go a week without b*tching and moaning.
And if we lose, DEAL WITH IT!

Last week I shared a cigar with Cam Newton of all people. He owns a cigar bar downtown Atlanta. That is one of the largest humans I've seen in person.

So after months of putting the entire forum through your constant temper tantrums, *****ing and complaining while you repeat yourself mercilessly trashing the team, coaches, management, owners and players, you’ve decided you’re going to be a big boy now and wait until after the game is played this week before you decide whether or not to continue your annoying ass onslaught? Smoking whatever Scam and 85 are smoking is a pretty darn good way to ensure you’re getting something good if you only smoke three or four a year!

We distribute Shannon Sharpe's Cognac so his agent invited us to his Night Cap special in Atlanta. At the end of the night I'm sitting in a small living room with Shannon, Sterling, Cam, Ocho and his agent. The stories were crazy...

No kidding...You see how pitiful the Failclowns schedule is at the end of the year? Last 5-6 games are pretty weak, aside from us. Gotta take care of business indeed.

The best team in the league (KC) only lost 6 games all season. But two of those six total losses were to under .500 AFCW teams. They also had a one-point win over a 5-win charger team. Certainly, those would all be considered struggles. I don't have the data in front of me, but I think it's true that division games are closer contests than non-division games. I don't think this affair will be different.
