He’s right. To add to that is the win now mentality so many have. These head coaches aren’t given the time needed to build a winning team. How many times do we see coaches canned after one or two seasons. These early picks are expected to be another Mahomes or Burrow. Athletes like Mahomes and Burrow are once or twice in a generation players.

Good point. If some Saints fans had their way neither Allen nor Kubiak would be on the sidelines for the team now.
